Donate Your Old Hearing Aids
If you have hearing aids that are not being used anymore, they can be donated to someone in need. Hearing and Audiology collects old hearing aids and donates them to charities around the world who are committed to helping people hear better.
In Australia hearing loss often occurs later in life from noise exposure or aging, but in other countries, especially developing nations, hearing loss is more common in young people due to untreated ear infections or congenital abnormalities. When hearing loss occurs early in life it can affect a child’s ability to learn at school, or a young adult’s ability to get a job. By donating your old hearing aids you can make a huge and lasting impact on someone’s life.
